Tuesday Night Open House
Every Tuesday at 7pm
This open house is a great introduction to meditation and an opportunity to connect with other practitioners. It features group meditation practice, a talk by one of our senior teachers, discussion, and a reception. Meditation instruction is also provided for those who would like it.
The Open House a great opportunity to meditate in a supportive group setting, to learn about how to apply the principles of meditation to our day-to-day life, and to meet and mingle with fellow practitioners. Bring your friends!

 

Learn to Meditate
Every Wednesday at 6pm
Every Sunday at 12pm
Taught by a senior meditation instructor, this one hour basic meditation class is for beginners and anyone who would like to refresh their understanding of the technique. This is a drop-in class; no registration is required.

Is meditation really for me? The answer is YES! Meditation in Everyday Life presents the techniques of mindfulness meditation, and ways that these practices can radically improve the quality of our daily life.
