Learning to meditate can be easier and more accessible in a group setting.  Beginners can ask down-to-earth questions, get guidance, and be inspired and moved by others’ experiences.

Our weekly open house is a great real world introduction to meditation practice and the tools for working with habitual thoughts. Meditation instruction is provided for first-timers while everyone sits together for half an hour. This is followed by a talk by a senior teacher, an open group discussion and then a light reception where everyone is invited to hang-out and socialize.
